Shifting Into Greater Glory

Do you sense a shift taking place in your life? Are you in a season that is stretching you beyond what you can handle? You are not alone. I believe we are in a season of transition. A transition that will lead to expansion – an expansion of the glory that is on your life.

So Elisha died, and they buried him. Now Moabite raiders would enter the land in the spring. As they were burying a man, they saw raiders. So they threw the man into the tomb of Elisha. When the man touched the bones of Elisha, he came to life and stood on his feet.

2 Kings 13:20-21

Elisha had so much glory on his life that it remained long after he was dead. He had been dead long enough for his flesh to decompose leaving his bones. Yet when a dead man’s body was tossed against those bones, the dead man came to life and stood on his feet!

During this season of expansion – God is calling you to walk in the same glory as Elisha. The expansion we will experience will not be for one prophet in one place, but for all of us in the Body of Christ.

All that you’ve been fighting is for a purpose. You are being prepared to carry the fullness of all God has for you.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

Psalm 23:6

You have sought God. You have cried out to Him and kept Him as your focus. He has been filling you with His glory.

As you are filled with more of His presence – you leave behind a trail of His goodness and mercy everywhere you go. Oil prints of anointing are following you.

Imagine shopping in your favorite grocery store and the man in the same aisle gets out of his wheelchair. As you choose your cereal, the woman in the next aisle has an encounter with Heaven – because you have dwelt with God. You are so filled with His presence that you don’t have to speak a word or lay a hand on anyone – the atmosphere around you is just different.

A few years ago, the Lord spoke to me as I walked through an airport. He told me to start crying out for the entire airport to be saved. When I walk into an airport – I pray that I would get to a place I would be so full of your glory that a day will come when everyone in the airport has an encounter with Heaven because I walked in.

God is looking for you and me to carry His glory wherever you go – your school, job, the grocery store.

This is the season, now is the time – greater glory is here!
