Imagine one man in your city is miraculously healed and when word gets around, everyone in your city—plus the neighboring city—is saved.
As Peter passed through every region, he came down also to the saints who lived in Lydda. There he found a man named Aeneas, who had been bedridden for eight years and was paralyzed. Peter said to him, “Aeneas, Jesus the Christ heals you. Rise up and make your bed.” And immediately he rose up. All those who lived in Lydda and Sharon saw him and turned to the Lord.
Acts 9:32-35
God is the one who heals but He mainly uses the ministry of the Body of Christ to do His work – that is you!
A few years ago, the Lord challenged me because I was crying out for a healing anointing, but I wasn’t stepping out to release healing to anyone. Are you willing to do your part to live surrendered to Christ and step out following Him?
Do you want to be so full of God’s glory that the atmosphere shifts when you walk into a room? As much as God is calling us to transform every atmosphere – He is also calling us to share His love regardless of our feelings.
We will not see a move of God if we are not willing to go for it.
We are going to press-in for atmospheric anointing and we are going to have faith for God using us to do greater things even when we don’t feel anything on it.
God has called you to greater influence than what you have now. Whatever God has placed on your heart – start asking Him to give you grace to follow Him in it.
Late one night on Christian TV I listened to a from West Virginia. He talked about growing up in extreme poverty and was asking God why he was still so poor. The Lord told him that he had been given business ideas but never done anything with them. As the man shared his conversation with God it became clear to him that God wasn’t asking him to have all the details just take the first step. At the time of the interview the man owned over a dozen businesses and his net worth was half a billion dollars.
God shows up when you step out – He is cheering you on, waiting for you to trust Him and go for it.
Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom you believed, even as the Lord gave to each one? I have planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the increase. So then neither is he who plants nor he who waters anything, but God who gives the increase.
1 Corinthians 3:5-7
You have an amazing opportunity to link arms and step out in faith with the Body of Christ around you. You can see God breathe on you and through you in ways you could never imagine.
There may not be flashing lightning bolts or swirling tornadoes, but the breath of God through you will change the lives of everyone around you – and it will change you!
Now is the time – go big for God.
